Dave Depalo, Tanner, Sula, and everyone else in the office including the subcontractors are very easy and accommodating in their work relationship with us and having a home built for the first time. The website was very easy and you can see the progress. They send out weekly communications via email. You can see the work being done at the house. They are real accommodating when working with my wife. They are willing to share their expertise but also open to our preferences and wishes. They have on the cover binder, a quote which is absolutely true. More than you expect and more than you deserve. I am very happy with them.
